About the Role:

We’re seeking a highly organized and experienced Dive Team Leader to manage and lead our diving activities. This full-time position involves maintaining diving equipment and ensuring safety and efficiency in all diving operations. You’ll oversee a skilled team and receive a dive allowance of $100 per dive day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead daily diving activities
  • Maintain diving equipment
  • Ensure safety and efficiency in dive operations

About You:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum of 2 years of aquaculture diving experience
  • Commercial SSBA Dive Supervisor qualification (or equivalent)
  • Commercial SSBA Diver qualification (to 30m minimum) or equivalent
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
  • A degree in aquaculture or a related field (beneficial but not essential)
