Are you ready to unleash your earning potential in a fully commission-based role? Working alongside a global brand L'Oréal professional. We're seeking individuals with an ABN who are eager to take ownership of their own business within a global brand. If you have your own car, insurance, and a full license, you'll enjoy the flexibility of managing your own territory. This is a 12-month contract with the opportunity for extension, allowing you to join a dynamic team with long-term potential.

* Fully Commission Based Role: Unlock your earning potential with uncapped commissions. Average OTE of $150K.

* Must Have ABN to Apply: Take charge of your own business within a global brand.

* Own Car, Insurance, and Full License Required: Enjoy flexibility as you manage your territory.

* 12-Month Contract with Extension Opportunity: Join a dynamic team with long-term potential.

* Suited to Hairdressing and Sales Industry Experience: Combine your passion and expertise to excel.

Your Role in a Nutshell:

* Reporting directly to the Regional Manager.

* Frontline coverage of territory, servicing existing clients, and strengthening business relationships.

* Provide exceptional service, marketing support, and education on current trends.

* Conduct development meetings to identify growth opportunities and achieve sales targets.

* Armed with ongoing training, a laptop, and an extensive portfolio.
