About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to take on the role of Brand Campaign and Partnership Lead. In this position, you will play a crucial part in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and partnership initiatives that enhance the Flinders University brand, drive market growth, and support student enrolment. With a strong focus on strategic planning and campaign execution, you will help create and deploy compelling campaign creatives while identifying opportunities to maximise partnership potential.
As the Brand Campaign and Partnership Lead, you will:
Liaise with our Media and Advertising Agency to support the production and supply of assets to support campaigns. Collaborate with the Head of Brand to brainstorm and implement partnership activation opportunities and deliver targeted sub-campaigns that address market movements and trends. Develop and manage a comprehensive annual calendar for marketing activities related to key brand partners such as Port Adelaide Football Club and SACA. Conduct campaign analysis, including tracking, reporting, and making recommendations for optimisation based on previous campaign performance and competitor market analysis.About You

You will thrive on building strong relationships within your own team and with external partners and agencies, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful outcomes. Using your excellent organisational skills and capacity to manage multiple projects at once, you will consistently deliver high-quality results on time. To be successful in this role, you will also demonstrate:
Experience in the delivery of innovative, integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned media channels to achieve measurable outcomes. The ability to work under broad supervision with a significant to high level combination of initiative and ability to make sound judgements.
