The Mary Ogilvy Homes Society is an independent, NFP charitable organisation providing person centric residential aged care and respite care that fosters independence, dignity and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, deliver, and evaluate a range of leisure and lifestyle programs tailored to the needs of our residents.
• Engage with residents to identify their interests and needs to ensure programs are inclusive and accessible.
• Provide guidance, and assistance to program consumers and volunteers.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for program evaluations.
• Ensure all programs comply with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements:
• Certificate IV Leisure and Health (or relevant equivalent) with a minimum of 1 year working experience
in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of individuals.
• Current Tasmanian driver’s license
• COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate (minimum 3 doses)
• Satisfactory pre-employment health assessment
