We’re looking for a full-time Content Coordinator to join our best-in-class content team. Reporting to the Group Content Manager, you’ll help bring Go-To to life across social creating fun, engaging, and educational content that makes skincare feel easy (and entertaining). You’ll be responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and engaging with our Go-To community. You’ll also have excellent taste in snacks.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Bring Go-To, Gro-To, and Bro-To to life on social by creating fun, engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Plan, film, edit, and post Stories, memes, and short-form videos that keep our audience entertained (and educated).
- Keep our social presence fresh, updating banners, repurposing content, and ensuring we show up consistently across all platforms.
- Track performance with UTM links and reports to see what’s working (and what’s not).
- Be the voice of Go-To across social, jumping into comments, DMs, and groups to chat, educate, and support.
- Work with our Brand Education Lead to share skincare smarts and answer all the big (and little) questions.
- Keep our brand besties close, engaging with ambassadors, influencers, and brand allies to strengthen relationships.
- Help execute influencer and gifting strategies, making sure the right people get the right products at the right time.
- Assist in campaign planning, briefing, tracking, and reporting to ensure our influencer partnerships deliver.
- Stay on top of emerging talent, scouting new faces to champion Go-To.
- Keep tabs on influencer activity, social mentions, and community engagement, sharing key takeaways with the team.
- Love writing, correct grammar, and rolling your eyes at misplaced apostrophes.
- Have strong organisational skills and can manage multiple projects at once.
- Are highly adaptable and quick to learn new systems and tools.
- Professional qualifications are preferred along with demonstrated social media experience and knowledge.
- Have demonstrated online community building experience.
- Have technical understanding and can pick up new things easily.
- Are proactive, solutions-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
