About the Role

As an Employer Support Team Leader, you will lead a dedicated team of Employer Support Consultants that are committed to making a difference in the lives of Workskil Australia customers that have recently secured employment. Through the provision of regular and meaningful post placement support, your team will support our customers to maintain their employment and increase their economic independence.

This role is being offered on a full time, ongoing basis located at our Adelaide CBD office.

You may be required to work a roster between the hours of 8:00am – 6:30pm, Monday to Friday. Need unique hours? We might be able to accommodate so please ask!

You’ll also experience the work/life balance that comes with working a 9-day fortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week. You will still receive the remuneration of a full-time employee in addition to the ability to salary sacrifice. About You

What we're looking for:

  • You will have exceptional communication skills with proven ability to build positive relationships among a diverse range of stakeholders including staff over the telephone and via email;
  • Strong mentoring and motivational skills to lead by example and manage the team;
  • Demonstrated ability to set and monitor team and individual staff performance to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met, including conducting monthly meetings and performance reviews;
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive and professional working relationships with Site staff, customers and employers;
  • Ability to work with culturally or linguistically diverse, Indigenous, ex-offenders, youth and other vulnerable groups;
  • Strong time management skills with high attention to detail and data integrity;
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment; and
  • Strong skills in data entry, the Microsoft Office suite and ability to type approximately 30 words per minute.

You will also be required to:

  • Have at least three years’ experience in Employment Services; and
  • Have a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services, Career Development or equivalent or willingness to obtain.
