The Opportunity…
We are looking for a proactive and customer-driven cardiothoracic surgical PERTH BASED Territory Manager to cover both WA and SA
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and deliver KPIsConsistently develop and grow the territory through actively engaging existing and new customersManage key accounts and targeted customersUnderstand customer's needs to build long-term relationshipsAttend to customer enquiries and needsSupport fellow Territory Managers and interact with colleagues regularlyDevelop sales strategies and tactics in conjunction with the National Sales Manager, ensuring alignment to the approved marketing plan; as well as the implementation of these strategies and tacticsSubmit monthly sales reports inclusive of sales forecasting and market intelligence including competitor information by the due dateMaintain accurate customer account records and customer database including customer targetingProvide product information, demonstrations and training to customersManage Territory stock to a high standard through SAP, and regular Stock CountsMaintain all stock keeping requirements per policyComplete all administrative tasks by the due dateAttend exhibitions, conferences and seminars as directed

Experience Required:
Healthcare sector experience (1-2 years)Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Science / Business / NursingA Nursing / Clinical background is highly desirable but not essentialA business development mindset and the ability to think outside the box when approaching sales opportunitiesSales experience and scientific background are highly valuedProven skills in sales, territory management, presenting, influencing and time managementDemonstrated competence in MS Word, Excel and PowerPointHigh standard of demonstrable written and verbal communication skills
