The Role
We are seeking a motivated Hire Administrator to join our team in Pooraka, SA. This role offers flexible part-time hours, with two options available:

Three days per week (8:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

Five days per week (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
In this hands-on position, you will play a key part in the Hire department, ensuring smooth and efficient coordination of equipment rentals, scheduling, and general administration. As the first point of contact for customers, your customer service skills and attention to detail will help us deliver an outstanding experience.
Key Responsibilities

Handle all general hire inquiries promptly and professionally.

Manage customer inquiries via phone and online channels, providing superior service.

Process purchase orders and prepare daily operational documents, including invoices and hire agreements.

Coordinate logistics, including scheduling deliveries and pickups of hire equipment.

Maintain and update hire product information and inventory management systems.

Provide administrative support to the operations manager and sales manager.

Assist in training new team members and support training initiatives.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Experience: Previous administration experience, ideally within a hire, logistics, or equipment environment.

Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office; experience with Syrinx is an advantage.

Organisation: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous approach to customer service.

Teamwork: Ability to work well within a team and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Licence: Current Driver’s Licence.
