Key Responsibilities/Requirements:
IT Skills:
• Expertise in MRI Software and advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Previous experience with MyBuildings software is a plus!
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with a desire to grow tech skills.
Lease & General Administration:
• Manage all lease administration tasks in MRI, including tenant entries, sales data processing, and turnover rents.
• Gather retailer turnover figures, producing insightful Power BI reports on budget, sales, and more.
• Coordinate public holiday trading hours and manage communication with tenants.
• Oversee the retailer insurance register and document preparation.
• Maintain the office supply inventory and update the retailer contact register.
Marketing Mastery:
• Distribute compelling marketing materials to retailers and follow up on promotional initiatives.
• Create engaging EDMs using Mailchimp and enrich our brand presence with Canva (a plus!).
• Drive our social media strategy, focusing on platforms like Facebook and Instagram to amplify our marketing efforts.
• Update our website using WordPress to keep content fresh and impactful.
Outstanding Customer Service:
• Become the friendly face of the Centre Management Office, welcoming visitors, and ensuring a superior customer experience.
• Answer reception calls, manage customer inquiries, and oversee our lost and found property register.
• Facilitate wheelchair hires and gift card purchases, ensuring a seamless experience for all customers.
• Proactively engage with our audience through website feedback and social media interactions, including responding to Google reviews.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs of the shopping centre to ensure everything runs smoothly.
