Description:
Are You Wired Like This ? You're not just here to clock in and clock out—you take pride in what you deliver.
You love a solid checklist and a clear plan.
You get a quiet thrill when things are done properly—without you having to chase anyone.
Your attention to detail means that when someone tries to cut corners, you notice —and you make it clear you’re not letting it slide.
You don’t ask questions to be difficult—you ask because if something was agreed on, then it should be done. You value follow-through, not fluff.
You’ve got grit . You’re not put off easily, and you know that the 20% of the job that’s hard is exactly what keeps us in a job—the other 80% is the jam.
You’re not afraid to have the tough conversations—but you also know when to hand it over to someone with a softer approach if that’s what’s needed.
You’ve got real-life experience—maybe as a parent, maybe through past roles—and you use it to stay calm under pressure, read the room, and hold others accountable.
And because you’re wired this way, the kind of work that drains other people? You find it oddly satisfying. Solving problems, chasing down loose ends, holding people accountable— it’s not for everyone , but it fits you. You’re built to fix things, to bring order, and to make sure what needs to happen actually gets done.
️ Let’s Talk About You – Not Just Your Resume
Experience is great—and if you’ve been in the game, we want to hear about it. But more than just where you’ve worked or how many years you’ve done it, we care about how you work .
- We’re building a team of people who:
- Take ownership
- Follow through on what they say they'll do
- Speak up when something doesn't sit right
- Don’t need to be chased—but will chase others if needed
- Respect the system, contribute to improving it, and don’t freelance because they "prefer it their way"
- Take pride in doing things properly, not just ticking boxes
If you're experienced , use your cover letter (or even a short summary) to tell us how your experience has shaped those values. Show us that you already work this way—and not just because someone told you to.
If you're new to real estate , tell us what makes you confident that this kind of structure, responsibility, and accountability is your natural style. What have you done in life or work that shows you're wired like this?
We're not asking for a sales pitch about why you want to work with us.
We're asking you to show us that you're the kind of person who will thrive in the way we work.
