What you will be doing?

  • Managing your team members, including hiring, training, rostering, and resolving any employee, customer or supplier issues.

  • Ensure all crew on shift demonstrate selling skills in line with company guidelines and incentives!

  • Oversee the receiving and storage of all stock, in line with company policies and procedures, ensuring minimal wastage and inter-restaurant transfers.

  • Take responsibility for your development and actively work to improve the performance of your team through 1-1 meetings and providing constructive live on-the-job feedback.

  • Promotes and celebrates successes individually when your team does well on shift.

  • Ensure safe work procedures are implemented and carried out.


A bit about you?

  • Positive and upbeat management style you lead from the front, and you understand that you succeed when your people succeed. You have a Proven ability to engage, lead, and motivate others with a yes-can attitude.

  • High Attention to detail and Planning!

  • Ability to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment.

  • Must have or be willing to obtain the following certificates: First Aid and RSA, in addition to being able to maintain them on an ongoing basis.

  • Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
