Requirements:
A successful Collections Officer should have:
- Relevant qualifications in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in collections, customer service, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations diplomatically.
- A strong understanding of the Banking & Financial Services sector.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A high level of professionalism and dedication to customer service
