The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) project is the final 10.5km section of the North-South corridor in Adelaide, South Australia. This project aims to complete a continuous 78km motorway network, without traffic lights, linking Gawler to Old Noarlunga. Drivers will be able to avoid 21 traffic lights by using two separate tunnels connected by a surface highway.
Key Responsabilities
Conduct out-of-hours works noise and vibration assessments and draft permits for sign-off Undertake environmental monitoring and investigations following incidents, including reporting Conduct client/Auditor inspections and regular site inspections, ensuring timely close out of actions Proactively work with site teams to implement mitigation measures and drive sustainability efforts Ensure site teams are trained on spill response and environmental emergency procedures Champion environmental management and sustainability through clear communication and training sessions Promote a positive work health and safety culture

Your profile
Engineering, Science, Environmental degree or equivalentUp to 2 years’ experienceComprehensive understanding of Project’s environmental obligationsProficiency in environmental management techniques and monitoringIn-depth knowledge of Risk management and assessment processesEffective skills in document and records management, including complianceCapability in reporting on environmental performance, compliance, and non-conformanceThe candidate shall be used to teamwork, be autonomous and motivatedVery good level of EnglishConstruction experience
