At Green Leaves Early Learning, our unique National Learning, Research, and Development Program (NLRDP) is at the heart of our commitment to supporting our teams in their professional development. Face-to-face and online mentoring with our NLRDP Research Partner (Dr Karen Grubb)
Monthly Educational Leader ‘Think Tank’ meetings with your colleagues across Australia
Access to the NLRDP Perspective Partners in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander knowledge, Cultural Pedagogy, Nutrition, Wellbeing, Inclusion, Sustainability, The Arts, and Documentation
Access to unlimited information and resources via our new NLRDP Communication and Resource platform on ‘PADLET’
Access to the Creative Collection Arts and Materials with Children training program (delivered by Kelly Goodsir and Kirsty Liljegren)
Access to the ‘Learning Leaves’ Documentation training delivered by our Pedagogy Partner
On-call and online access to our Inclusion Mentoring Team led by Robyn Papworth
The opportunity to apply for and participate in our exclusive Annual New Zealand Study Tour

Ideally, we’d love for you to hold:
Proven masterful mentoring skills
An ACECQA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care qualification, or higher
A current and State-relevant Working with Children's Check
Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)
Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
