An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Fleet Sales Consultant to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. You will be primarily responsible for supporting the account management of existing business fleets to optimise sales and customer satisfaction, prospecting new business fleet accounts to support the achievement of sales volumes, dealership profitability, customer, and business targets over the short, medium and long term.
The Business Fleet Sales Consultant , will have a strong desire to achieve and grow fleet sales, along with the ability to network among the business community in order to foster new corporate relationships.

How you'll make an impact
- Support the implementation of agreed fleet processes and procedures consistent with set policies to achieve dealership objectives.
- Assist in the development of processes and procedures for business fleet sales and standards to contribute to sustained customer satisfaction and align activities to overall objectives of Fleet Sales.
- Support the achievement Fleet Sales targets and input to dealer opportunities, lead generation, follow ups, logistics coordination and support of the Fleet Sales department.
- Support communication forums to ensure that fleet sales, plans, progress, and issues are clearly communicated to all stakeholders.
- Maintain reporting systems to provide the business with timely and accurate information to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities as well as monitor and analyse performance against targets for own area and recommend countermeasures where required.
- Provide support for the assessment and selection of business fleet customers to secure sales targets and deliver services at expected quality and optimal cost including ongoing supplier management.

- Degree qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or equivalent experience. We welcome fresh graduates to apply for this role!
- Strong background in sales and marketing with the ability to resolve issues and provide recommendations.
- Understanding of the dealer network (desirable).
- Experience working in an account management role (desirable).
- Collaborative and self-motivated with strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
