About the Role:
Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the production line runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This is more than just a job – it’s your chance to step into leadership, problem-solve on the go, and gain firsthand experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support your team to meet production targets.
- Coordinate staff rosters and ensure proper training – track and file training records.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, ensuring compliance with GMP and WHS policies.
- Collaborate with Quality Control and Maintenance to address product and equipment concerns.
- Oversee raw material and finished product handling.
- Provide daily shift reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
About You:
We’re looking for someone eager to learn, grow, and lead by example. You’ll bring:
- 2+ years’ experience leading teams in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environments.
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and resilience under pressure.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- High attention to detail and a passion for maintaining a clean, safe workplace.
