About the role:
Rembrandt Living is currently seeking Support Workers across all areas of Adelaide and the Fleurieu Peninsula to provide services and assistance for elderly clients at their place of residence, with the goal of increasing independence and autonomy. Using an approach that prioritises individual needs, you will deliver top-tier support to our clients in a way that embodies Rembrandt Living's core values in all aspects of your work. This includes:
- Assisting with services such as personal care, transport, general house cleaning, shopping.
- Fostering a positive and inclusive environment that promotes independence and community engagement.
- Following the clients care plan.
- One-to-one induction, to set you up for success.

About you:

To be considered:
- A Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care is essential .
- You have a compassionate, empathetic, and caring nature with genuine interest in respecting the uniqueness of each individual, as well as their wants and needs.
- It is important to have a positive work ethic, and even more crucial to possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Display a positive attitude, be consistently dependable, always be honest, adhere to safe work practices and understand and work within professional boundaries.
- Excellent communication skills - as an organisation that supports culturally and linguistically diverse care recipients, we equally support a culturally and linguistically diverse workforce.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical.
Successful applicants must have:
- National Police check. (or willingness to obtain)
- Current South Australia Driver’s licence and a Registered and reliable car with Comprehensive Car Insurance.
- Right to Work in Australia.
- CPR/ First Aid
- Manual Handling
