The Strategic Importance of Your Role
The Human Talent Coach role is pivotal to our company's growth. Unlike traditional HR, you will own and influence the quality of our team through strategic recruiting, coaching, talent development, and managing our corporate university and LMS. You'll receive specialized training in the A-Player Advantage Methodology and Topgrading recruitment process by renowned expert Rick Crossland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure over 90% of our team are A-Players through proactive recruitment and development.
- Conduct and facilitate regular coaching sessions and employee development plans.
- Manage and review all A-Player agreements annually.
- Foster a strong, positive workplace culture with an NPS score target of 90%.
- Actively recruit A-Players to fill critical roles, meeting targeted placements.
