Join Toll as a HSE Coordinator at our Kewdale operations in Western Australia, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate documentation, compliance reporting, and safety administration to support our Operational team. This role will suit a process-driven & detail-oriented individual, who enjoys compliance, documentation, and structured processes. There will be no safety strategy planning; instead, you’ll be managing HSE reporting, registers, toolbox talks and minutes, and documentation control. Continue your learning in a supportive learning environment, you'll be mentored while developing strong HSE administrative and reporting skills.
Your Key Responsibilities
HSE Reporting & Compliance – Maintain the Toll Reporting and Compliance System (TRAC), ensuring data accuracy, compliance tracking, and follow-ups.Documentation & Register Management – Keep safety registers up to date, ensure version control of documents, and flag compliance gaps.Toolbox Meetings & Minutes – Record and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring actions are followed up.Customer & Internal Reports – Prepare and submit safety performance reports, compliance updates, and other HSE documentation.Incident Support & Low-Level Investigations – Assist in basic incident reviews, data analysis, and trend reporting.Process & Compliance Oversight – Ensure HSE procedures are followed, flag non-compliance, and assist in audits and inspections.Stakeholder Engagement – Work closely with internal teams, ensuring they have the right information and tools to maintain safety standards.
What We’re Looking For
A process-driven, highly organised professional who enjoys administrative work and compliance.Experience in HSE administration, safety compliance, or a similar structured role.Strong attention to detail – able to manage reports, registers, and documentation accurately.Proactive and inquisitive – asks the right questions, flags issues, and ensures follow-through.Confident communicator – able to liaise with different teams, document findings, and provide clear reports.Willingness to learn and grow – a great opportunity to develop within an HSE-focused career.WACE or equivalent, Relevant HSE qualifications and a Driver’s Licence (Manual Class C)
