Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of membership and ticketing strategies to drive growth and engagementIdentify and capitalise on sales opportunities, including ticketing, membership upgrades, and retention programsEnsure a high standard of service for all members and fans, creating an outstanding experienceOversee membership acquisition, renewal processes, and retention initiatives to enhance long term loyaltyManage and optimise ticketing strategies, ensuring seamless event day operations and maximum attendanceLead targeted email campaigns and communication strategies to enhance engagement and revenueOversee database integrity, track performance metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvementManage a high performing membership and ticketing team, driving sales and service excellenceAssist with the General Meetings of the WA Cricket (AGM, SGM), ensure communication is compliant with the WACA Constitution and ASIC (as directed by the Company Secretary) and the annual election of Members to the WACA Board
About youTo succeed in this role, you will need:Knowledge and experience in membership servicesExperience in developing, driving, and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives, with a strong ability to translate vision into actionable plansAbility to translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives that drive revenue growth and engagementExceptional leadership in delivering high quality customer service experiencesDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate a teamProven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with members, fans, and key stakeholdersExperience in leading membership and ticketing communication campaignsExperience in analysing data to identify trends and opportunitiesDemonstrated competence in conceptual, analytical and problem solving skillsInnovative thinking who can accelerate and diversify the WA Cricket business modelExcellent time management skills, with ability to prioritise, multitask, and work within deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills
