We’re currently on the hunt for a highly skilled eCommerce Specialist to drive and optimise our online sales channels, with strong experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud . This role is pivotal in executing eCommerce strategies , enhancing digital performance, and driving revenue growth across our ANZ markets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless digital experience that maximises customer engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive online sales and profit growth across our ANZ eCommerce business and key marketplaces in Australia.
- Support in the development and execution of eCommerce strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, traffic, conversion rates, and average order value (AOV).
- Oversee the technical and development roadmap, managing agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure key development tasks are scoped, briefed, executed, and measured.
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including daily pricing execution, to ensure a smooth and optimised shopping experience.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across Business Units, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, and Customer Service to drive operational excellence.
- Analyse website and campaign performance using Adobe Analytics, Salesforce and other tools, providing insights and recommendations for growth, as well as post-campaign analysis.
- Support forecasting and stock management to optimise inventory levels for online channels.
- Develop and execute pricing and promotional strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform developments, and best practices to continuously improve performance.
- Manage and oversee eCommerce-related projects, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and stakeholder alignment.
- Support marketplace initiatives (Amazon, eBay, etc.), focusing on maximising performance and maintaining top seller status.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce operations with a strong focus on Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Proven experience driving digital campaigns and optimizing online sales performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Understanding of web design, UX, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
- Experience with marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.) and multi-channel retail strategies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, and other eCommerce tracking tools .
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercially focused with a results-driven mindset.
- Degree qualification in Marketing, Business, or Information Technology preferred.
- Comfortable with presenting to senior management with the ability to explain complex topics in a simple manner
