What You Will Be Working On
As a Customer Service Officer , you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our community.
Your Responsibilities Include
- Providing prompt, professional support to customers across various channels.
- Managing Level 1 enquiries and referring Level 2 enquiries to technical officers.
- Handling complaints in line with City policies and raising service requests.
- Administering visitor and contractor management while maintaining a welcoming reception area.
- Ensuring compliance with legislation for permits and applications.
- Performing tasks like auditing, cashiering, balancing, banking, and end-of-day closure.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to team and departmental goals.
