Description:
- Utilise data analytic to drive sales performance and uncover valuable business insights.
- Take ownership of data analysis across the vegetation management, turf and ornamental care, and pest management segments.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to develop and refine strategic business plans.
- Provide data-driven insights to support key commercial decisions, including pricing strategies, sales incentives, and sales effectiveness.
- Manage business health dashboards to track key metrics and lead process improvements where necessary.
- Analyse the performance of various sales and marketing initiatives to identify trends and opportunities.
- Work with Sales Management to establish and track KPIs.
- Act as a strategic partner to the commercial leadership team, providing insights and process improvements.
- Develop market and competitive intelligence to support business growth.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within a product-based business.
- Proven ability to work closely with sales teams to drive performance and strategy execution.
- Strong analytically and operational skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate extensively with sales and operations teams to implement strategic initiatives.
- Highly operational and results-driven, with a strong focus on execution.
- Proven ability to analyse commercial data and provide insights that influence business strategy.
- Strong communication skills, with experience engaging a range of internal and external stakeholders.
