Description:
- Manage customer accounts and respond to queries in a timely manner
- Perform invoicing tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Carry out account reconciliation and prepare reports
- Assist with month-end closing processes
- Maintain up-to-date records of all transactions
- Comply with company policies and industry regulations
- Participate in finance team meetings and provide insights when necessary
- Support other finance department tasks as needed
Requirements:
A successful AR Officer should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in using finance software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
