The Role:
Based in Pinkenba, this role requires a highly motivated individual and the key responsibilities of the role include:
- Programming and operation of CNC lathes and milling machines and or
- Operation of manual lathes and milling machines
- Manufacture and refurbish hydraulic cylinders and engineering components
- Interpretation of engineering drawings a use of measuring tools
The successful candidate will bring the following skills and experience to the role:
- Trade Qualified (Fitter and Machinist).
- Experience in programming and operating CNC lathes or milling machines
- Experience in machining hydraulic cylinder components.
- Able to interpret engineering drawings and work to fine tolerances.
- Committed to safety & attention to detail
