Are you a passionate individual keen to make a real difference in people's lives while giving back to your local community? Findstaff are looking for dedicated Mentor specialists to join their Client Mas National. This is a full-time labour hire permanent position based in Adelaide CBD, SA, operating Monday to Friday, Business hours 9.00 am - 5:00 pm but maybe able to have some flexibility between 8am and 6pm once training is completed. Initial first 3 months of role will be through labour hire company Findstaff with the opportunity to transfer to permanent under Mas for suitable candidates. This is an office-based role.

About the Role
As mentoring specialists, you'll provide advice to and support to active Australian Apprentices and Employers. Mas mentoring specialists work with individuals to overcome workplace and personal barriers that may impact employment and training. The primary focus of the position is to mentor Australian Apprentices including but not limited to key client groups including first nations, those living with a disability, women in trade and rural/regional Australian Apprentices. This will be delivered by using phone and virtual electronic means. Roles will commence in early May.
Key Responsibilities
- Speaking with apprentices and employers about challenges
- Offering support that we can provide
- Creating and documenting a short plan for tailored support
- Conducting mentoring sessions with apprentices and employers.
About You
We are seeking individuals who are:
- Passionate about helping people and making a difference in the community.
- Skilled communicators, with the ability to build rapport with apprentices and employers from diverse backgrounds.
- Organised and adept at administration, with intermediate proficiency in MS Office or similar software and experience using databases.
- Results and target-driven, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have full Australian working rights.
- Current national Police check needed
- Working with children check needed

- Proven ability to listen objectively and provide advice free of bias
- Strong influencing skills
- Capacity to meet and exceed KPIs
- Ability to use initiative, prioritise and manage time efficiently
- Demonstrated accurate data entry skills
- Proven ability to work well autonomously or in a team environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Databases and Microsoft office software
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Ability to promote MAS National services to stakeholders
- Represent the MAS National and IntoWork Group brands in a positive light at all times
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
