About the role
As an ICT Business Analyst at the company, you will play a pivotal role in understanding client requirements, analyzing business processes, and translating these insights into innovative database solutions. You'll collaborate closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure seamless integration of our database software with existing workflows and practices.
Specific Accountabilities:
- Engage with clients to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for database software and office solutions
- Perform business process analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement
- Collaborate with development teams during software design and implementation phases
- Ensure the successful integration and deployment of database solutions within client environments
- Provide ongoing support and expertise to optimize the performance and functionality of implemented solutions
- Document system specifications to act as the principal information reservoir for future design, development, and up-gradation of software
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as an ICT Business Analyst or similar role
- Solid understanding of database management and integration principles
- Proficiency in eliciting and documenting business requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with administration, deployment, and configuration of applications in an enterprise environment
