Role Overview:
We need a temp admin professional to help process payment requests and manage client communications. You’ll be responsible for:
- Reviewing and actioning payment requests based on eligibility.
- Filing necessary documentation and checking compliance.
- Managing a backlog of emails and updating the tracking spreadsheet.
- Following up with clients for any missing information.
What We Need:
- Strong attention to detail for payment processing and compliance checks.
- Ability to manage a high volume of emails and follow up efficiently.
- Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous administrative or finance experience is essential.
- Ready to start ASAP
- Team player who can collaborate and participate within team initiatives
