About the Role
The Fleet Maintenance Administrative Officer role liaises with stakeholders to ensure workshop staff and apprentices are supported and are compliant with processes and procedures, this will include the delivery of Departmental training and presentations.

This is a State Government Department that has several locations throughout Melbourne. This Department serve and protect Melbourne and Victoria's major regional centres.
They are seeking a administrative officer to join their team for 3 months.
Description
As a busy team member in the Fleet Department you will be responsible for administering the input of fleet management and maintenance related data entry.
The Fleet Maintenance Administrative Officer will coordinate and oversee all time sheets, leave, overtime and allowances related submissions, providing regular reporting and data analysis that identifies trends and emerging issues within recommendations and advice to Manager, Fleet Asset Maintenance. including time sheets, create and edit the Appliance Availability Report in line with the Fleet Operations Manager's requirements to assist with monitoring of maintenance for fleet assets on a daily basis.
Profile
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Year 12 or equivalent.
- SAP Plant Maintenance experience is desirable. Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (includes Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Previous work experience in a fleet maintenance related administration role would be advantageous.
- possess strong attention to details with record keeping
- Have exposure to payroll processes
- Be available for the entire contract requirement
- be available to commence the role from 22/04/2025
- Be prepared to work in an environment where there is heavy machinery and mechanical equipment in the vicinity where you work.
