Currently operating from 2 factories comprising 13,730sqm of undercover factory space and 52,117sqm of handstand and operational areas.
Your new role:
Reporting into the Regional Manager, Net Modular is seeking an Operations Manager who will support the Senior Leadership Team in developing and implementing strategies to optimise operational and financial efficiencies.
You will lead the entire operations function by modelling and driving the NET Modular core values, whilst also fostering a high-performance culture focused on quality, safety, and accountability.
Additionally, you will have a passion for working closely with the senior leadership team to achieve joint goals and solving challenges across the entire organisation.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Ensure NET Modular’s operations are compliant with all legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Consult with the Senior Leadership to provide accurate cost estimates to the customer on current works.
- Manage and allocate resources for short- and long-term goals and operational requirements.
- Strategically plan for future order pipelines for existing customers.
- Devise and champion initiatives to optimise production efficiencies.
- Consult with Human Resources and Safety to promote learning, development and training initiatives for staff and contractors.
- Ensure that all processes are implemented to encourage workers to identify and report hazards, impacts and non-conformances.
You will bring a strong leadership skillset with high level high business acumen and professionalism.
As an experienced leader, with a positive and open mindset, you will relish on leading and driving operational functionality, whilst also having an appetite for change, process improvement and efficiencies across multiple sites.
You will apply a growth mindset to support transformational change by harnessing your exceptional communication and relationship building skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration; Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within a Manufacturing or a Heavy Industry.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with staff at various levels to achieve best results and outcomes for the business.
- Advanced knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management principles.
Work with a supportive leadership team and have direct influence in driving the business.
