About the opportunity:
Position: Billing Officer (Revenue Control)
Vacancy: Permanent Full-time / 76 Hours per fortnight
Location: Financial Accounting / Corporate Service Group / Townsville University Hospital

- Salary range: $2950.00 to $3280.70 p.f. (AO3)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading

Requirements:
Mandatory qualifications/ professional registration/ other requirements
- Possession of a qualification relevant to business, administration and specifically accounting is desirable but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated knowledge in health service delivery is desirable but not mandatory.
- Highly regarded: Ability to achieve deadlines, establish work priorities, and organising of daily functions pertinent to the role in an autonomous environment while being able to work as part of a team in order to manage workloads and issues in a rapidly changing environment.
- Highly regarded: Demonstrated skills in accounts receivable functions of a large, complex and multidisciplinary organisation including end of month processes.
- Probation period may apply.
