- Classification - MES2 - $88,255 to $108,809 per annum + Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice Benefits
- Up to 1.6FTE total vacancy available for temporary 12 month contract for immediate commencement. Full time and part time applications accepted.
About the Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Gastroenterology Clinical Laboratory Service as a Medical Scientist where you will be responsible for:
- Contributing to the operation of an effective pH probe, manometry and impedance service, by performing duties related to the delivery of the service. This involves conducting and supervising the insertion and removal of catheters and analysis of pH/impedance and manometry data.
- Being involved in the training and development of other personnel required to use the pH probe and manometry systems.
- Contributing to pH probe, pH/impedance probe and Manometry research and clinical trials studies when appropriate.
- Contributing to the effective delivery of the breath testing service, by assisting in service delivery and ensuring administration tasks are carried out effectively.
