About the Role:
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating space where children can grow, learn, and develop key life skills. You will work collaboratively with a small team of educators, children, and families to reflect the culture, values, and community spirit of our town.

Who We’re Looking For:

Desired Qualifications & Documentation:
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or willingness to obtain with Council support in line with the Professional Development Policy).
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Current Working with Children Blue Card (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
