We're seeking an exceptional Office Admin to support the AWS Enterprise Support business in Australia and New Zealand. You'll serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, requiring strong relationship-building skills and professional maturity.
In this role, you'll be essential to the smooth operation of our ANZ Enterprise Support business, working closely with leadership to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. The successful candidate will combine strong administrative capabilities with business acumen and a customer-focused mindset.
Key job responsibilities

• Own coordination of business mechanisms for the leadership team including; business review mechanisms, customer inspection mechanisms, and team engagement mechanisms
• Track and manage reports on key business metrics, maintaining data and coordinating inputs for local cross functional and regional reporting
• Develop and improve mechanisms to support business operations and ways of working leveraging new processes and technology
• Organise leadership activities including; leadership meetings, site visits, customer engagement schedules, team offsites, town hall meetings, and team events across ANZ locations
• Support the planning and delivery of customer events across ANZ locations including partnering with cross functional teams
• Manage administrative processes for the team, including facilities coordination and collaboration with local cross functional teams. Collaborating with key stakeholders across local AWS teams including; Sales, HR, Recruiting, Finance, and Facilities

Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional or military experience- 3+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- High school or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)- Experience with end-to-end project management
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment
