About the role
The Lecturer in Business will have scholarly expertise in at least one subfield of management, including human resources and organisational behaviour. As a balanced academic, the successful applicant will conduct high-impact research, teach undergraduate and postgraduate students, and supervise research students. They will make a positive contribution to the UNE Business School’s culture of collaboration and innovation, support the delivery of strategic goals, and enhance the reputation of the School, Faculty and University.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have a PhD in management or business-related disciplines, an emerging or established research program in a relevant area, and a track record of high-quality publications. You will also have a proven ability to deliver innovative, research-led, applied, and engaging educational experiences and take a collaborative approach in a multi- and interdisciplinary setting.
About the Faculty
The Faculty of Science, Agriculture, Business and Law (SABL) is an innovative collaboration of scientists, researchers, and academics designed to deliver outstanding education and practical learning. The Faculty consists of over 700 staff and postgraduate students with international reach and active industry collaborations with partners across Asia, the Indo-Pacific and Africa.
