Associate Reporting & Financial Analyst


Position Overview


The Associate of Infrastructure & Real Assets in Sydney sits with the Australian Investment Team and is part of the broader Investment Operations division. Investment Operations works closely with clients and is responsible for reviewing investments and advising on infrastructure and associated real asset sectors globally. The role is supported by and interacts closely with shared services, finance and accounting teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end investment processes and relevant governance committees.
  • Review portfolio constructions, provide opinions, review and provide insights into conditional breaches.
  • Delivery of management information and analysis for key internal stakeholders in the Real Assets and Infrastructure division.
  • Conduct analysis on various investments, including forecasting, performance, IRR, and yield analysis.
  • Provide deal related information to the back office to coordinate and prepare for funding.
  • Project and stakeholder management, including calls with international investment teams
  • Provide insight into valuation and investment reporting queries from the accounting and shared services.
  • Assistance with Business Development opportunities including RFP responses
  • Co-ordination and management of internal functional groups and third-party service providers

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Extensive experience within investment management, financial services or professional accounting services firm
  • A Bachelor degree (or higher)
  • CA or CPA qualified
