The Role
We’re looking for an accomplished Senior Reporting Analyst to join our innovative technology team as we experience a period of growth and transformation. You will play a key role in providing reporting to the business as well as designing, creating and maintaining automated visualisation solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Work closely with the Business Intelligence team to implement and maintain various data, reporting and system solutions.
- Proactively identify data and other relevant issues, gaps and investigate ways to mitigate them.
- Design and deliver end-to-end BI solutions, from requirement gathering all the way to delivery and maintenance of the solution.
- Play a key role in creating and maintaining reports using SQL, Power BI, Excel and Salesforce.
- Drive positive changes in reporting including automated visualisations, self-service report creation, report standardisation, process standardisation and version controls.
- Promote data-driven decision-making by engaging with relevant stakeholders to provide support and educational sessions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to document requirements and implement solutions.
About You
We are looking for someone who brings fresh experience and thinking to superannuation to help us on our growth journey. The right candidate will be a self-starter and a high achiever with strong stakeholder engagement skills with a passion for improving reporting processes and increasing the efficiencies around dealing with the data, reports and dashboards. You will bring the following key skills:
- 5+ years of practical experience in Power BI solution development.
- Practical experience in database administration and proficiency in SQL query design, stored procedure creation and ETL task management.
- Advanced Excel skills, including dashboards and template creation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think systematically.
- High attention to detail and proven ability to deliver quality outcomes.
- Hands-on experience in data quality assurance.
- Good communication skills with the ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Python and AWS integration are nice to have but not essential.
