About the Role
Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights? As the Senior Data Analyst within the Network Operations Centre (NOC), you will play a key role in supporting CALHN's clinical, operational and strategic priorities. Reporting to the Director of Network Operations and Performance, you will provide trusted, timely and impactful data solutions across the organisation. You will be responsible for sourcing and assembling critical activity-based data sets, delivering high-quality reports, maintaining metadata, and ensuring robust quality assurance processes are in place.
In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders, servicing ad-hoc data requests and supporting submissions to key bodies such as Health Roundtable and the Australasian Rehabilitation Outcomes Centre. You will drive the rationalisation and enhancement of reporting products, with a focus on self-service dashboards and clear performance insights. Your work will directly contribute to the timely and accurate monitoring of the NOC's Key Performance Indicators, helping to shape better decision-making across CALHN.

You are a detail-oriented and solutions-driven data professional with a passion for delivering high-quality insights to support strategic decision-making. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to provide accurate and actionable information.

Proven experience in complex data analysis, interpretation, and presentation, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Access, VBA, SQL, and Qlik.

Strong statistical analysis skills and a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality reports to diverse audiences.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence successful outcomes.

Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities under pressure while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and a customer-focused approach.
