We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Lecturer or Senior Lecturer to deliver innovative, high-quality learning experiences and engage in impactful research aligned to the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) Capability Framework.

In this role, you will:

Deliver and coordinate engaging undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in Human Resource Management. Contribute to curriculum innovation and leadership in pedagogy and subject design (especially at Level C). Publish in high-quality academic journals (ABDC A* and A). Lead or participate in externally funded research projects with industry relevance. Supervise Honours and Higher Degree by Research (HDR) students. Build industry partnerships and represent the School across academic and professional forums.

What you’ll bring:

A PhD in Human Resource Management or a closely related field. Evidence of a strong track record (appropriate to level) in teaching and curriculum development. Demonstrated potential (Level B) or track record (Level C) of publishing in top-tier journals. Experience in building relationships across academia and industry. A collegial and collaborative approach, with a commitment to excellence in research and teaching. Professional and/or research experience aligned with the AHRI Capability Framework.
