Description:
We are the producers of a food additive and are looking for a self-starter with excellent organisational skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in food or beverage manufacturing, logistics, or related fields.
Responsibilities include liaising with our third-party manufacturing and production team, coordinating systems for inventory and batch management, handling incoming orders and logistics, invoicing, and responding to customer enquiries. Experience with Xero will be highly regarded.
This role will require approx. 7-10 hours per week, ideally on M, W, F. Work from home, in addition to visiting 3PL site approx. 2 x per month. Own car and laptop required.

KEY TASKS
· Provide excellent customer service, and efficiently fulfil and process orders
· Invoice orders using Xero
· Use and improve systems for monitoring batch and inventory management
· Liaise with production team and occasionally visit production facility in Croydon South
