First Nations Business Trainee - Explore Shared Services Rotations While Completing Your Certificate III in Business
Are you ready to embark on a career journey that provides hands-on experience across multiple business functions? This is your opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification while developing real-world skills in a supportive and inclusive environment .
We're seeking a First Nations Business Trainee to join our office hubs in Brisbane, Melbourne & Newcastle. This 12-month full-time traineeship will see you rotate through key shared services departments, including Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service , giving you a broad understanding of how a successful organisation operates.
About the role:
Through this rotational program, you could be doing some of the following:

  • Human Resources: Assist with onboarding, recruitment tasks, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Marketing: Support campaigns, event coordination, and digital content creation.
  • Finance: Contribute to data entry, invoice processing, and budget tracking.
  • Customer Service: Handle inquiries, provide exceptional support, and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Collaborate on cross-departmental projects, ensuring smooth operations and learning diverse business processes.
  • Perform administrative tasks like data entry, digital filing, and system updates.
  • Take the initiative to prioritise tasks and manage your workload effectively.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • A mature and professional approach to customer service.
  • Solid digital literacy, including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A commitment to completing a Certificate III in Business.
  • Great attention to detail, with accurate and efficient data entry skills.
  • A flexible mindset and willingness to travel intrastate or interstate if required.

Eligibility Requirements
