About the Opportunity
As the Workforce Capabilities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing skills and capabilities of our workforce. You will work closely with various departments to identify workforce needs, coordinate training programs and help implement strategies that improve overall workforce performance. Additionally, you will contribute to key People and Culture projects and initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Managers and Directors to develop and maintain an organisational training matrix and credentialing records that align with legislative requirements and best practices, ensuring timely delivery of necessary training.
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and Human Resource Management System (HRMS), including the creation and maintenance of training packages in consultation with experts and external organisations.
- Actively communicate, lead, and encourage management and staff to actively participate in organisational, compliance, and competency training.
- Develop and uphold organisational credentialing policies, procedures, and related documentation.
- Contribute to the development of best practice performance review and management initiatives and ensure organisational policies and training frameworks are aligned with these practices.
- Provide insights and analysis for reporting on organisational performance review activities.
- P&C unit lead for Gender Equality functions and membership of the Gender Equality Working Group.
- Assist the People and Culture unit with various projects and day-to-day tasks.

What You Need to Succeed:
- Relevant qualifications or extensive experience in credentialing, learning and development, human resources, or a related field.
- Experience with or administration of an online Learning Management System (LMS) and/or a Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
- Proven experience in developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
- Demonstrated project management experience and the ability to deliver results.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong sense of privacy, impartiality, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and maintain a high standard of work.
