About the opportunity:

Position: Senior Project Officer (Identified)

Vacancy: Fixed term temporary full-time, 6 months

Location: Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Wellbeing Assessment Engagement Services, Vincent Health Campus

  • Salary range: $4651.70 to $4982.80 p.f. (AO6)

Requirements:

  • While not mandatory, a relevant qualification (bachelor's degree in health sciences, community development or management) or willingness to work towards a relevant qualification would be well regarded.
  • Under s.25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 (Qld), it is a genuine occupational requirement for the incumbent to be an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander person.
  • Possession of class C drivers' licence.
  • This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.
  • Probation period may apply.
  • Pre-employment checks will be conducted including criminal history clearance.
