About the Business Unit:
Rostering Operations is a centralised team within the People, Safety, Culture and Communications business unit. The team provides on-site support across multiple Corrections Victoria locations that utilise TimeTarget.
About the Role:
As a Rostering Officer, some of your duties will include:
- Preparing and publishing fortnightly rosters, up to 8 weeks in advance and maintain rosters daily
- Performing daily quality checks and manually authorise any required outstanding timesheet exceptions from the previous working day
- Performing daily and fortnightly salary checks and payroll previews and resolve anomalies to ensure the accuracy of all timesheets and payroll data for Payroll processing.

About You:
As our ideal candidate, you will possess:
- Knowledge and experience in rostering, human resource services and/ or payroll, within complex custodial environments is highly desirable
- Experience and proficiency in the use of TimeTarget, Chris21 and/ or other rostering and payroll systems is highly desirable
- The ability to interpret and provide advice on departmental policies and, enterprise awards and agreements is highly desirable.
Qualifications
- A relevant qualification or work experience is desirable.
