About The Role

- Location: Wollongong Hospital, NSW
- Casual Opportunities available
- Weekday and weekend shifts available
- Working hours: Monday to Sunday from 5:30 am to 8:30 pm (Monday to Friday) and 10 am to 4 pm (Sat & Sun). Shifts will vary.
- No experience required as training is provided.
- Car Park Award rates.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as a Car Park Attendant of your designated car parks.
- Promote and maintain a consistent focus on delivering outstanding customer service for the public.
- Ability to resolve basic hardware faults.
- Some understanding around WHS (desirable)
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Availability to work Monday-Sunday
- Full working rights and driver's licence
- Ability to work autonomously and to make independent decisions
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills
- Ability to troubleshoot machines when required (training will be provided)
