YOUR NEXT ROLE

Hyne are currently offering exciting opportunities to grow, develop and learn as a Process Operator at our Tuan and Glulam Mills. In these roles you will be supported with training on the operation of various machinery and shown our processes and procedures to create a high-quality timber product.

GLULAM - Week One: Mon to Thu 5am to 3pm, Week Two: Mon to Thu 8am to 6pm.

DRY MILL TUAN - Nightshift 10pm to 6am and Rotating day/afternoon roster each week 6am to 2pm and then 2pm to 10pm

DISPATCH TUAN - 2pm to 10pm Mon to Fri

GREEN MILL TUAN - Nightshift 10pm to 6am and Rotating day/afternoon roster each week 6am to 2pm and then 2pm to 10pm

Starting hourly rate is $30.47 per hour and increases based on competency.

About You

Forklift License required for the Dispatch role.

A high commitment to safety, quality, and attention to detail.

Ability to work as part of a team with good problem-solving skills.

A desire to learn and high level of enthusiasm to develop new skills.

Self-motivated and keen to provide new solutions and ideas that improve our operations.

Embracing and respecting others to assist in promoting an inclusive and diverse workforce.

Basic computer and problem-solving skills.

Be willing to undergo a medical evaluation that includes drug and alcohol testing.

Good physical capability as some lifting is required and you will be standing for long periods.

Punctual and reliable.
