What We Are Looking For
We are seeking dedicated and safety-conscious individuals to join our team in constructing and maintaining road systems, with a focus on concreting, pipelaying, and stormwater drainage. You will play a key role in ensuring the durability and functionality of our infrastructure while upholding high-quality and safety standards.
What Your Day Will Look Like
Constructing and maintaining road and drainage systems, including concreting (formwork and finishing), pipelaying, trenching, and stormwater drainage.Operating plant and equipment safely and efficiently.Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and delivering high-quality, cost-effective results.Completing relevant paperwork, including timesheets, correspondence, and mandatory forms.Collaborating with the team to coordinate resources, problem-solve, and execute projects effectively.Coaching and mentoring team members while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

What You’ll Need For Success
Road and Drainage Construction Experience – Proven experience in roads and drainage maintenance, including concreting, pipelaying, trenching, and stormwater drainage.Attention to Detail & Safety Standards – Commitment to safety, quality, and cost-effective project completion.Teamwork & Problem-Solving – Ability to work effectively within a team and under general supervision.Communication Skills – Strong listening and verbal skills, with experience completing work-related documentation.Motivation & Initiative – A proactive and self-motivated approach to tasks and projects.Construction Induction Training (White Card).Current Medium Rigid (MR) Licence.
