An exciting opportunity exists to join a growing recruitment team, supporting an organisation that makes a difference. We are looking for strong communicators with the ability to provide advice and build rapport with clientele whilst improving the customer experience for hiring managers and candidates.

As the Recruitment & Employee Services Officer (RESO) based at Warrawong, you will provide high quality, contemporary, innovative and customer-focused recruitment and employee services solutions to clients with a particular emphasis on recruitment and selection, on-boarding, contract management, personnel administration (including records management). You will also provide advice on HR-related policy, systems, awards, agreements, practice and legislation.

A Little About Us.

From Helensburgh in the north to North Durras in the south, ISLHD covers an area of 5,687 square kms. That’s 5,687 square kms of beautiful beaches, coastal cycling tracks, lush rainforests, incredible bushwalks and friendly people. Located on Dharawal and Yuin Country, ISLHD operate seven hospital sites, employ over 8,500 staff and provide community health services across 58 locations. Commute times are short, childcare and schooling options are plentiful, and Sydney and Canberra are close by.

This position is based at Warrawong with hybrid-working (work-from-home) hours included. Job share to be considered.
