Join MMG Dugald River as a Graduate Electrical Engineer, contributing to sustainable mining operations.
Your role
Responsibilities
- Working within a dynamic multidisciplinary team of engineers and technical experts.
- Maintaining familiarisation with Australian Standards, Metalliferous Mining Act and Regulation, and Site Standards.
- Providing technical support to site projects, maintenance, and operational personnel.
- Reviewing, maintaining, and amending maintenance strategies for surface and underground infrastructure.
- Maintaining accurate electrical drawings and data across the site.
- Participating in determining root causes for equipment failures and executing improvements.
- Becoming familiar with tools used on site for preventative maintenance.
- Improving plant reliability by eliminating defects and performing upgrades.
- Engaging with plant control systems, high and low voltage equipment, and protection systems.
About you
Qualifications
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, graduated within the past two years.
