Are you ready to take your leadership skills to the next level? We’re seeking a Team Leader to join our Operations Department in Bairnsdale. This hands-on role is perfect for an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about people, safety, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure safety standards are upheld, with team members trained and adhering to Zero Harm philosophies.
• Lead and motivate your team to achieve daily production targets and identify improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with supervisors to manage performance, deliver training, and create development opportunities for team members.
• Act as a role model, promoting integrity, teamwork, and our company values in every action you take.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience as a team leader in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Strong people management skills and a focus on safety and food quality.
• Problem-solving mindset and a knack for driving continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of GMP, workplace health and safety, and LEAN manufacturing concepts is a plus.

Key Qualifications:
